You can cancel Visibility+ at any time through the secure Stripe billing portal. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period; future renewals stop.
Once payment is confirmed, we begin setting up the private workspace and delivery for the selected package. One-time services are delivered according to the agreed scope and check-in period.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. It can take five to ten business days for the credit to appear, depending on the bank or card issuer.
